Notice About Artificial Intelligence

The app uses the Google Gemini model, a third-party generative artificial intelligence system, to transform, enhance, and edit images uploaded by the user.

The model generates results from statistical inference, without human semantic understanding. Results are probabilistic: the same image can produce slightly different outputs on each execution.

Results may contain: visual errors, proportion distortions, artifacts, invented parts ("hallucinations"), loss of fine details, unintentional changes to faces, hands, text, and other sensitive regions.

Result quality depends on factors outside our control, including: the quality of the original image, updates made by Google to the Gemini model, and the complexity of the requested transformation.

The Developer does not guarantee any specific result, minimum quality, or absence of errors.

It is strictly prohibited to use the app to:

(a) Create deepfakes, false composites, or hyper-realistic images of real people without their express and documented consent;

(b) Generate or manipulate images involving minors in any sensual, sexualized, or inappropriate context — this prohibition is absolute and non-compliance constitutes a crime;

(c) Produce content intended to defame, harass, intimidate, humiliate, or harm any person;

(d) Create misleading content for fraud, political/electoral/journalistic disinformation without clear AI-origin disclosure;

(e) Generate hateful, racist, discriminatory, terrorist, violent, or violence-inciting content;

(f) Reproduce, modify, or imitate copyrighted works or registered trademarks without holder authorization;

(g) Any illegal use under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

You are fully responsible for: (a) ensuring you have rights to all images you upload, including image rights of the people depicted; (b) evaluating the suitability of results for the intended use; (c) the use you make of generated images, including publication, sharing, and distribution; (d) complying with all laws applicable to the generated content.

The Developer does not individually review, moderate, or approve generated content. Civil and criminal liability for misuse rests exclusively with you.

Google Gemini has its own moderation policies and may refuse to process certain images or requests at its sole discretion, without the Developer having control or the ability to intervene.

Gemini refusals or blocks do not entitle you to a credit refund when caused by your violation of the policies.

When uploading an image containing one or more real people, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have express and specific consent from each depicted person for AI processing; or (b) you hold the image rights of those people (e.g., a photo of yourself); or (c) you are accompanied by the legal guardian, in the case of minors.

The Developer has no means to verify these representations. Responsibility for accuracy rests exclusively with you.

If you publish or share images generated by the app, we strongly recommend clearly indicating that the content was "generated/transformed by artificial intelligence". This disclosure is good ethical practice and, in several contexts (electoral, journalistic, advertising), may be legally required.

Do not use results for medical, legal, forensic, investigative-journalism, or other purposes where accuracy and authenticity are critical, without specialized human review and independent validation.

Uploaded images are transmitted to Google Gemini for processing. Google may retain inputs for up to 30 days for abuse review, per their policy.

The Developer does not store your images on its own servers — see the Privacy Policy for details.

If you identify misuse of the app by third parties (for example, a deepfake of your image or violated consent), notify us immediately at breno564nascimento@gmail.com or by phone at +55 77 98887-1958. We will assess the report in compliance with applicable law and may cooperate with competent authorities as required.

By continuing to use the app's AI features, you declare that you have read this notice, understood its limitations and responsibilities, and assumed full responsibility for the use you will make of the service.
